1. Service Description

Stareply provides an AI-powered service for generating professional responses to customer reviews. The service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze review sentiment and generate contextual responses.

2. Account Creation

Users must provide a valid email address and create a password to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Service Plans

Stareply offers a free trial (3 responses without an account, then 3 responses per month once registered) and a Pro plan (one Google Business Profile, unlimited responses, 9.99 EUR/month). The free trial does not include connecting your Google Business Profile. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the service only for legitimate business purposes. Generating fraudulent, defamatory, or illegal content is strictly prohibited.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by the AI are suggestions. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing responses on review platforms. Stareply is not liable for consequences arising from the use of generated content.

6. Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stareply is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated responses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
